You've completed your Strategic Plan and the resultant output is a set of Initiatives or Critical Issues. Simply enter your Initiatives, and then undertake a filtering exercise by assigning your level of priority, the time scale to implementation and relevant strength to your strategic direction.
Once you've determined your implementation order you can assign Perspectives, Objectives, Metrics and accountability to your Critical Issues. This will automatically create your Scorecard for immediate visualisation.
You can also create non-Scorecard Dashboard reports for each critical issue. Allowing assigned metrics reporting capabilities at an Issue level, provides a specific insight into the rollout of each initiative without being lost within the all-encompassing Scorecard. Focus on what matters.
